Wow! I am extremely flattered to be the R. Girl! (Not R. Nenek okie? :P)
Recently, I just joined a group of friends (N, Z, A, S, M, N = R. Team) to work out on our own animation besides working for companies. This is going to be my first opportunity working on personal animation project with a team of friends. In addition, this occasion gives me a chance of using my might in creativity, video editing and 3D animating while working on managing and organising work. Sincerely thanks to all the Riven Boys for taking me in the team.
I am not saying I hate organising and managing work. It is quite challenging for me with my background (creative multimedia). I am a person who loves challenges. I don't mind spending all my personal time and work very hard for a success. However, besides working hard, I must also learn to work smart. This was the lesson that i gain during my study ages.
"The Apprentice" is one of my favourite TV program. Donald Trump and Carolyn Kepcher are my idols besides my parents. It is a reality show in which billionaire Donald Trump passes on his business wisdom to would be apprentices, but Trump is also a grim reaper: One "apprentice" gets fired at the end of each show. In the end just one will be left standing to claim a $250000-a-year job with Trump.
The great fun of watching the show is I get to gain knowledge of how those aggressive and smart candidates handle jobs that assigned as a team leader or even a team member in reality. There are a great deal of workplace strategies to be scholarly, from behaving and dressing appropriately to managing a project. Leadership and managing skills will not bring a person to a success without excellent communication skills and behaviours. I find true not only for a business but also for our daily life. However, it is really up to everyone to make their own analysis. I personally don't agree the idea of using "female assets" in order to win.
Above and beyond, the real world is showed right the way through "The Apprentice". Jealousy, backstabbing caddy crap, and fake approaches are what we generally see in the workplace arena. As the result, there are good people out there who loose jobs based upon abuse such as this.

Hehe... U should have joined Media Innovation, you could have learned more thinking skills associated to running a business. Like e-commerce, and marketing strategies... of course we dont do direct business work la =) Hehe. Btw, thumbs up! I love the Apprentice too.
Thank you kester.
Yeah, knowledge of e-commerce and marketing strategies will help my current position.
To compensate, I start reading materials online and books regarding these. Hopefully I will manage to apply them on the real work.
